Usage
Forever Ultra Lite
Use a suitable shaker – if you did the C9 program just before you can use the shaker that is offered in the box. Mix a dose of powder (equivalent to about 23 g) with 3 dl of semi-skimmed or vegetable milk. If you want to drink Forever Lite Ultra as a protein supplement or snack, you can also mix it with water. Shake to get a smooth drink. Forever Lite Ultra can be consumed as a meal replacement or protein supplement 1 to 2 times a day.
This product is an enriched food. In no way replaces a rich and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not forget to drink enough water each day. You can use them by taking them half an hour before a copious meal to limit the damage of overeating.
